DETROIT, May 24, 2002 -- Mary M. Matuz has joined Franco Public Relations Group as administrative and project manager.
Matuz brings more than 10 years of project coordination and management experience to her new appointment. She serves as account manager for Cobo Conference/Exhibition Center, providing counsel for activities such as advertising development and placement, site selection presentations, tours and event planning. Matuz provides Cobo with on-site assistance during events, including Detroit’s North American International Auto Show Charity Preview and public show, Society of Automotive Engineers International Congress and the Michigan Annual Boat Show.
Matuz comes to Franco from PR Associates, Inc. where she served a number of the firm’s clients in event planning and execution, collateral development and production projects. She also administered the firm’s human resources, corporate purchasing and accounting activities.
Matuz is a member of the American Society of Employers and International Association of Exhibition Managers.
