Presentation Training
 |
Franco Public Relations is one of the nation's leaders in carrying out presentation training for individual executives, presentation teams, sales staffs, political candidates and others looking for improvement in their presentation style and content.
Our presentation training program, conducted by Chief Executive Trainer Stephen Friedman, normally consists of two to four sessions.
In the first session, the rough draft or the concept for the speech is reviewed and appropriate visuals are recommended. A seminar on delivering presentations is included and covers such topics as connecting with the audience, gestures and physical presentation, voice, using visuals, and methods for avoiding nervousness.
At the second session, the presenter delivers his or her final speech, using the visuals.

The presenter is videotaped, critiqued and coached in alternative ways to handle lectern and conference-table presentations as well as computer-generated images, slides, overheads, video, or flip charts. Additional sessions are devoted to sharpening presentation skills and using advanced presentation techniques.
Single-day individualized programs and a half-day seminar version of our program are available, as well. Franco also can create specialized presentation training programs to prepare individuals or groups for other types of situations in which they face an audience or the public, ranging from hotline operators to live performers to on-camera hosts of video tapes.
Participants receive copies of 100 Practical Tips for Improving Your Presentation, the no-nonsense book written by Stephen Friedman that forms the basis for the initial training session.

"Awesome is the only way I can describe the suite of executive development services that Franco offers. My individualized presentation training, along with media training and crisis communication training for our executive group, have brought us to a new level as communicators and have improved the way we are perceived."
John Hartin, General Manager, Omnipoint Communications
