Steve joined the Franco firm as a vice president in 1984, managing accounts in the arenas of communications, professional services and retailing. Since 1987 he has headed units responsible for specialized creative services within the firm.

His unit has earned many national and international awards for its video productions, and two of Steve's productions have been aired on the Public Broadcasting System in Michigan.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate in journalism from The University of Michigan, Steve earned his master's degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
