Join Our Team

If we could describe Franco in one word, it would be team. Sure, we’re driven by data and strategy, but at our core, it’s our people who power our agency. We’re always looking to connect with creative, energized, self-starters with a variety of communications and marketing experience.

We hire and promote based on our six core values: Forward Motion, Opportunity, Family + Team + Community, Courageous Truth, Empathy, Persistence.

If you want to learn more about our culture, check out some of our culture blog content.

As Franco continues to grow and evolve as an agency, diversity, equity and inclusion are very important focus areas for us. Currently, our team isn’t as culturally diverse as we would like it to be – and we’re working on changing that. If you look at our team and don’t see yourself represented, please know you will be valued, supported and appreciated at Franco. Your unique background, experiences and contributions will make us a stronger team in the future.

Submit your resume to be considered for future openings. We keep resumes on file for six months.

Franco Internship Program

The Franco intern experience is an immersive opportunity to learn the inner workings of an integrated communications agency. Our internship is a structured training program including daily account responsibilities where interns will have a chance to hone a variety of communications skills. Simply put, interns are an integral part of the team with important responsibilities for our clients.

Franco internships are full-time, paid positions open to college juniors and seniors majoring in public relations, communications or a related field, as well as recent graduates. An ideal intern candidate has:

  • Previous internship experience (required)
  • Previous agency experience (preferred)
  • A creative mind, a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A basic understanding of media relations and social media channels

Here’s what a few former interns had to say about their experience:

The thing that sets Franco’s internship program apart from others is the way Franco treats their interns. Many companies don’t put in the time and effort to actually teach their interns, and interns spend time completing busy work. Franco wants their interns to learn and evolve, and the team puts in the time to help them do so. The team at Franco is willing and excited to help interns learn and share their expertise. I think the Franco internship program is extremely effective, and I learned more than I ever could have imagined!

Emily HebertFormer intern who is now a Senior Integrated Communications Specialist

I learned so many valuable things during this internship. I learned all the different areas of public relations, as well as the different areas Franco has as an integrated communications agency. I learned how to tailor social media content and writing for different clients and audiences. I improved my writing for press releases and pitches. This experience will benefit my future in so many positive ways.

Jess Knightsummer of 2019 intern

Interns are given so many opportunities to experience projects in action, whether it’s live TV segments, media drops, concerts, galas or photo and video shoots, I was able to see where all the hard work was going.

Katie Kalasssummer of 2018 intern

We hire interns for three internship seasons:

More than half of all Franco interns have earned full-time positions after their internship, and some former Franco interns are now in leadership positions within our agency.
