As an account executive, Joelle Kruczek conducts media relations for a variety of nonprofit and consumer clients, in addition to social media and community management. She is a passionate storyteller and spends her days cultivating meaningful relationships with members of the media.
Joelle started at Franco in 2019 as an assistant account executive. Through her dedication and persistence in strategic social media and media relations, she was elevated to her current role of account executive.
Before joining Franco, Joelle worked at Marx Layne as an account assistant where she generated key media placements, created content for multiple social media accounts and conducted email marketing campaigns.
In college, Joelle knew she wanted to continue to tell stories, which is what drove her to pursue her degree in public relations. During her time at Wayne State, she sat on the Public Relations Student Society of America Executive Board as a professional programming director and served as a public relations associate for the Metro Detroit Diaper Bank.
Joelle graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations. She has earned various content and social media certifications.
