“The Ultimate Organizer”
Lauren Connor is an account supervisor responsible for driving client initiatives forward and collaborating with teams to ensure work is completed on time and with forward motion in mind. She started her career at Franco and has quickly progressed from a supporting role to account management. Often juggling multiple projects with many moving pieces at once, she excels at program management and client service and never misses a detail.
She helps clients across several industries strategically think through and build marketing and communications programs to exceed their goals. Additionally, she co-leads Franco’s internship and student relations programs, providing valuable mentorship and training to young professionals.
Lauren has an ability to take an abstract idea and bring it to life while managing all steps and deadlines along the way. One memorable effort is the historical timeline of the GMRENCEN that’s currently on display in Tower 300. The floor-to-ceiling display expands over 114-feet and tells the 40-year history of Detroit’s most iconic building.
Observing her family’s dedication to their small business, she loves that Franco embodies the same determination and hard work it takes to run a company with the integrity she learned from an early age. Born in East Lansing, Mich. (can you guess if she’s a Spartan fan!?), she now resides in Berkley, Mich. You can often find her exploring and shopping her local downtown or enjoying northern Michigan on summer weekends. Her life motto is: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around occasionally, you could miss it.”
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in integrative public relations with a minor in marketing from Central Michigan University.
