As a Senior Integrated Communications Specialist – Digital at Franco, Neekita Singla is responsible for conceptualizing and managing digital advertising strategies and campaigns. Working with a variety of clients across different industries, Neekita lives by a data-driven approach to success and is looked to for campaign strategy optimization. Since joining the agency in 2017, some of her favorite client campaigns include work for Franco’s nonprofit clients, as well as the digital program Franco created for Detroit Grooming Company.

Neekita started her career as a digital strategist at White Rivers Media in her hometown of Mumbai, India. In the world of digital, Neekita is a firm believer that there is always something new to learn. She embraces professional development and ongoing education, with certifications in Business Analytics from Wharton Business School. She also keeps up with Google’s Skillshop certifications in Search, Display and Mobile and Facebook Marketing.

Neekita finds inspiration in many ways, but the passionate, hard-working people of Detroit continue to fuel her each and every day. When she is not working, Neekita can be found on the go with her husband, Mehul, or unwinding near their home in Clawson.

She received a master’s degree in marketing from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, where she also served as a marketing graduate assistant.
